Booking T&C

● Clients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled time, we may shorten the treatment time, clients who arrived 30 minutes after their scheduled time, appointment will be cancelled.

● Xtreme lashes reserves the right of final decision on all disputes.

● All customers were obligated to sign the Xtreme Lashes Waiver form, otherwise treatment could not be provided.

Customer Medical History

● No treatment could be provided in the following condition in the past 4 weeks.

● If you had eye embroidery, eyeliner tattoo and eye surgery.

● Eee surgery, wounds or infections.

● Apply or Take Retin-A, Accutane or similar product?

● Exfoliation, aggressive skin tightening or skin resurfacing facial treatment, acne treatment and chemical peels, microdermabrasion laser.

● History of eye disease, condition, injury, surgery that affected your hair/ natural eyelash growth or loss.

If any minor uses any goods or product from Xtreme Lashes, it should be only after the legal or parental guardian has discussed the product with the minor's doctor. Xtreme Lashes reserves the right to refuse sales and service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Xtreme Lashes is not liable to you for any incidental damages related to or arising out of your purchase or use of any and all products or services from Xtreme Lashes.  Xtreme Lashes’ liability to you related to or arising out of your purchase of any and all products or services from Xtreme Lashes is limited to the amount of the refund available to you, if any, as set forth above in these Consumer Terms and Conditions.
